Free tracked shipping in the USA

Every US order ships free with a tracking number, no minimum. For Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the rest of the world, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and every parcel is tracked.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. You get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment it ships.

Delivery times after dispatch

United States: 5 to 10 business days.
Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 15 business days.
Everywhere else: 10 to 20 business days.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Carriers slow down in December, so the earlier you order, the safer.

Christmas

Order by 19 December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. If your LidBuddy arrives after the big day, it still comes gift-boxed, and gift returns run to 15 January.

Duties and taxes

For orders outside the United States, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. Where they do, the carrier collects them on delivery.

Wrong address or lost parcel

Check your address at checkout, we ship to exactly what you enter. If tracking stops moving for more than 10 business days, email us and we will sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
