Refund policy

60 days to decide

If your LidBuddy does not fit your helmet, or it is not what you pictured, send it back within 60 days of delivery and we refund you in full. No restocking fee, no photographs required, and it is fine if you have worn it to a ride-out. We only ask that it comes back clean and with the gift box.

Gifts

Anything ordered between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 15 January, so there is time to open it under the tree and decide.

How to start a return

Email us at energytradeus@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 1 business day with the return address in the United States and simple instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Exchanges

Want a different character? Tell us which one and we will send it as soon as your return is on its way to us. No extra shipping cost.

Damaged or wrong item

Check your order on arrival and contact us straight away if it is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. We replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and confirm by email. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it has not shown up after 15 business days, contact your bank first, then email us and we will chase it.
